• Click on the blue invite button at the bottom of the Connect panel. Or, click on the + icon next to the 'People' header.  Enter any number of email addresses to send out automated invites by email.
  • Existing Wavebox users - if you invite someone who already has a Wavebox Pro subscription, the Connect icon will magically appear in their top toolbar with a red notification badge displayed.  When they click on it, they will see your rooms and people in your team.
  • New Wavebox users - new users will click on a link in their invite email to download & install Wavebox.  After install, the Connect icon will appear in their top toolbar for them to start using Connect.  New Wavebox users will automatically begin a 7 day free trial of Pro.
  • To manage people and edit permissions, click on the cog icon next to the 'People' header.  Or go to Settings > Teams.  You can also invite people and manage rooms in this area of Settings.  See the KB article on managing team members.
